Here you will find releases required by both Mangily Scuba and PADI. If you are joining us for simply a dive or two than you will have to read and sign the Mangily Scuba release. If you plan to join us in a dive course you will have to fill out both Mangily Scuba's release as well as the four PADI documents found below.
